Export services
Standards and documents

A class is proven by the report of the product delivered.

The glass class and the door or window system class are separate documents. For every project we state which standard is met by which report.

EN 1063

Bullet resistance classes for architectural security glazing: BR1 to BR7, SG1 and SG2.

EN 1522 / 1523

Bullet resistance of windows, doors and shutters as systems, and the test method (FB classes).

UL 752

North American standard for bullet-resisting equipment; equivalence is assessed where a project requires it.

ISO 16935

International test and classification standard for bullet-resistant security glazing.

Questions

What buyers ask before a quote.

Why are there no prices?

These products are priced by class, size, quantity and delivery point. When you send your list, price, documents and shipping plan are prepared together.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Africa. In West Africa (Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger and the coastal countries) we also deliver inland from the port by road corridor.

Do you also source from China?

Yes. Our office in China handles product research, samples and production follow-up on site. We can combine products from Türkiye and China in a single quote.

Can we work in French?

Yes. Quotes, documents and correspondence can be in French, English or Turkish.

Can I see a test report?

The relevant test report for the chosen class is shared at quote stage; sample requests are assessed per project.

Tell us about your project; we will complete the list together.

Write to us even if you do not know size, quantity or class. A photo of the opening and a rough size are enough to start.
