SIEL Dış Ticaret is the controller of personal data collected on this site. Contact details are given below.
What we process
The name, company, email, phone, country, city, timeline and project note you enter in the quote form, and the products on your quote list. The browser identifier (user agent) is also stored. To prevent abuse, your IP address is held briefly in memory and is not written to the database.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed to prepare a quote and contact you. The legal basis is that processing is directly related to entering into a contract (Turkish Law No. 6698, Art. 5/2-c) and the consent you give in the form.
Storage and transfer
Data is stored on the cloud infrastructure that hosts this site (Cloudflare), which may be located outside Türkiye. It is kept for the quote process and statutory retention periods, then deleted.
Cookies
The site does not currently use cookies. Your quote list is kept only in your browser's local storage and reaches us when you send it.
Your rights
Under Art. 11 of Law No. 6698 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn who it was shared with and object. Send requests to the email address below.
